An effort is underway to get the school listed on the Wisconsin Historical Building Registry.  This would help secure funding to assist in the restoration project, but will probably bring up a new set of rules and regulations to follow.

Figure 1 is a picture that was taken before the latest change to the smaller windows.  This is the appearance that the restoration project will attempt to revert to.

Figure 2 shows the school as it looked at the beginning of the restoration project.  It shows the smaller windows.  The outlines of the earlier windows are still visible by the siding that was replaced.
